Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at Sterling Fern Hills, which is a large and beautifully designed property. The classic room I stayed in was spacious and had its own garden, creating a nice private atmosphere. The amenities were enjoyable, especially for kids, but I did have a few concerns. Not all rooms offer a valley view, and while I requested one, I didn’t get it. Additionally, some basics like a refrigerator, air conditioning, and even toiletries were missing. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. On the positive side, the hospitality was superb, with staff like Subrata and Jaya making my stay memorable. However, the location was challenging to reach and not senior-friendly, and I encountered issues with room service and menu options. While the views were great, the overall value didn’t quite meet my expectations.
I had a very pleasant stay at the resort with a peaceful atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional, especially from the team, who took care of us throughout our visit. The location provided stunning views, but our room wasn't the best at first. The dining experience was generally good, though some inconsistencies were noted. While the managers varied in their approach to guest services, one staff member truly stood out. Overall, it was a great family getaway, but there are still some areas that could use improvement.
My stay was quite mixed. The location of the resort was stunning, feeling like living in the clouds. However, the experience was marred by poor service, numerous technical issues, and subpar dining experiences. The price felt high for the amenities and overall quality provided. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, consider other options.
The resort has a beautiful location with charming gardens and plenty of amenities for families. However, the road leading to the property is in poor condition, and the dining options were quite limited during peak hours. While the rooms are spacious, I found my stay impacted by some maintenance issues and the distance from the main building.
